By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the cx44 platform at cx44.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cx44 platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and cx44 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your cx44 account, whether or not you authorised that activity. cx44 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. cx44 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts, provided that the Player has been notified in advance by email. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed at cx44's discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cx44 currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20), and BTC. cx44 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds for card and cryptocurrency payments are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary. cx44 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the identity verification process before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your cx44 account, unless cx44 approves an alternative method in writing.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by cx44 are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your cx44 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings generated from them, can be withdrawn as real money. 6.1 Game Availability

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Malfunction Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cx44 platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

12.1 Termination by the Player

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonus balances.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by cx44

Your continued use of the cx44 platform after the published effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
